Criminal Defense

When the investigators at William Wallace & Associates become involved in a criminal defense case, it’s all hands on deck! Having been police detectives we completely understand the gravity of the situation. We also recognize the realities of innocent people being wrongfully convicted and losing their freedom or worse. With that in mind our investigators apply all their investigative abilities and energy to vigorously challenging and attacking all allegations. We will conduct in depth searches for any additional evidence to counter the allegations as well as locating additional witnesses.

Since we are trained investigators who are all notaries, we are able to conduct a professional interview and recover a sworn statement. As former police detectives we are fully aware of what standards must be met in order to satisfy the legal threshold that the Prosecutors and Police Detectives must meet in order to formally bring criminal charges against an individual. With this knowledge base we are able to design and coordinate the appropriate investigative approach in an effort to refute or unsubstantiate the charges. Because of our law enforcement background and investigative experience we enhance and compliment the efforts of the Criminal Defense Law Firm thus giving the defendant a very strong ally.
